Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction was developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979, at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. It is an eight week program to empower participants to take an active role in the management of their health and wellness. Initially intended for those wanting to improve their health, it is equally beneficial for those who are healthy and want to learn more about meditation and/or stress reduction

Dates:               Tuesdays, February 13th – April 10th        

Time:                 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Retreat:             Saturday, March 31, 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.

Attendance at a Free Information Meeting is required for enrollment in MBSR.
