Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Information Meeting

Based on the program developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center in 1979. MBSR brings together mindfulness practices. The class will explore these different modalities. It is beneficial to all types of participants but most helpful for those suffering with chronic disorders.
