Mindful Self Compassion (MSC) Program

Brought to us by the same instructors who teach our Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) courses, is Mindful Self Compassion (MSC).  MSC is an 8-week program designed to cultivate self-compassion skills for daily life.  It helps one develop emotional strength and resilience, allowing us to admit our shortcomings, forgive ourselves, motivate ourselves with kindness, care for others and be fully human.
MSC is an empirically supported program based on the pioneering research of Kristen Neff, Ph.D. and integrated with the clinical perspective of Christopher Germer, Ph.D.
