Mindful Self-Compassion Information Session (MSC)

From the same instructors who teach our Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) courses, is Mindful Self Compassion (MSC).  This information session will give you information on the MSC  8-week program designed to cultivate self-compassion skills for daily life.  The series is helps one develop emotional strength and resilience, allowing us to admit our shortcomings, forgive ourselves, motivate ourselves with kindness, care for others and be fully human.
MSC is an empirically supported  program based on the pioneering research of Kristen Neff, Ph.D. and integrated with the clinical perspective of Christopher Germer, Ph.D.
