Guided Imagery and Music (GIM)

Honor and acknowledge the holiness and gift of imagination.  This morning introduction to Guided Imagery and Music (GIM) invites greater intimacy with God and an intensely personal experience of God.

GIM uses the gift of the imagination through classical music and scripture to enable us to access our deepest spiritual longings and connections to the Divine.  Above all GIM offers a profound religious experience.  It allows us to see like we have never seen before with —

  • Insight
  • Creativity
  • Self-realization
  • Self-evaluation
  • Deep understanding of your God
GIM can help our prayer become deeper, more focused and quieter.  Looking at our lives through images and symbols, GIM’s approach can bring clarity to old problems and reveal creative approaches that lead to resolution and healing.

The gentleness of its experience enables us to tap into the deepest, most profound place within ourselves–that place of knowing, sometimes called inner wisdom or intuition.  Through GIM our unconscious thoughts can be brought forward showing us what we need to know to make our inner and outer life more congruent and unified.
