Explorations in Living and Dying

A Year-Long Journey

Explorations in Living and Dying is a year-long journey with Anyen Rinpoche’s Living and Dying with Confidence: A Day-By-Day Guide.  Using short daily activities, readers engage with their own impermanence and develop qualities–lovingkindness, compassion, generosity, patience-that infuse life with meaning and joy.  Each month this self-guided and active group will gather to explore a new chapter. This series will be ending in December 2019 with it’s current participants.

Participants are encouraged to read the designated chapter prior to each month’s meeting.
