When a person focuses from a BioSpiritual perspective, one is tapping into the inner wisdom held in the body and the “felt-shifts” that may occur in the BioSpiritual flow are a direct experience of the “grace” of the Divine.” www.biospiritual.org

This introductory workshop for trained and practicing spiritual directors, counselors and therapists is “an invitation to a new perspective and approach to spirituality and spiritual growth that includes both the body and the mind.” This 3-day training includes an overview of the origins of BioSpiritual Focusing, a review of the major steps of BioSpiritual Focusing and some guided experiences in Focusing practice. Emphasis is also placed on BioSpiritual Focusing as a spiritual practice.
